We are pleased to inform that Suunil Kini reached yet another milestone by conducting his 175th workshop for a large PSU. This was part of the Productivity Performance & Management initiative by the company. The participant’s group comprised of Engineers and Chartered Accountants from across locations in India. The workshop was titled ‘Impression Management & Business Etiquette (including Dining Etiquette)’.

“The focus was on how presenting the right image could enhance self-esteem, leading to self-confidence – resulting in greater productivity.”

Various facets of business etiquette with specific emphasis on professional handshakes, the protocol of Introductions and Greeting with live demos and videos were covered. The highlight of the evening was the dining etiquette session in a 5-course meal setting with do’s and don’ts of table settings, starting with wine drinking, the right use of the correct cutlery, handling each meal course with professional ease and other table manners.

It was a highly interactive and interesting session and was well received and appreciated.

Building an empowered Image

Suunil Kini conducted his 174th workshop at the Banker’s Training College for women officers of a Public Sector Bank. The participants were from locations across India. This was part of the Women Empowerment programme titled “Breaking the Glass Ceiling-Women Empowered”. The workshop was titled “Create Brand you by superior Perception Management”, wherein the participants were guided on how presenting the right image can bring about a great deal of confidence, resulting in augmenting of self-esteem and enhancing professional visual credibility.

Tips related to appropriate dressing, grooming, the importance of right body language and etiquette at the workplace for accelerating professional growth were shared. It was an interesting interaction with diverse views culminating into one common thought viz: “The empowered woman is powerful beyond measure and beautiful beyond comparison”. Suunil Kini conducted his 170th workshop recently! This workshop was undertaken for a professional body of Senior Finance Practitioners having a vintage of 28 years+ experience, proving that learning does not have an experience or an age bar.
