Winning Impressions for Professional Success

Suunil Kini conducted a programme for a large group of Company secretaries. This was the 7th programme conducted for the institution. The group comprised recently qualified Company secretaries, making an entry into the professional world.
The programme was titled ‘Winning Impressions for Professional Success’, and covered discussions on the challenges which the Company Secretaries would typically face while making a foray into the Professional arena. The Importance of Looking the role, Presenting the Right Image and Creating an Impact was focused on.
Special emphasis was also given to Professional Etiquette, Body Language to build confidence and Building ‘Brand You’. The session included exercises on Listening & Communication skills coupled with videos and demos. The session ended with a quote “There is no job or role that does not require managing your Image”.

Build Brand You for Self-Fulfillment

Suunil Kini conducted a workshop for women officers of a Public Sector Bank recently. The participants were from across India, and the training was a part of the Women Empowerment programme titled “Empowered Women – Way to Success and Growth”.

The workshop was titled “Build Brand You for Self Fulfillment“.

It covered the importance of building your personal brand with special focus on Workplace Etiquette and Grooming. The inclusion of Importance of Communication and Listening skills coupled with videos & exercises made the session interactive and interesting.

Suunil Kini of Image Gurukul conducted a day long workshop for recently qualified Company Secretaries

The workshop title: Negotiation, Problem Solving and Decision making skills to enhance the Professional Image.

Jump Start your Professional Career

Suunil Kini conducted the fourth session (in a series of four workshops) for a leading Business school recently. The workshop was titled ‘Jump Start your Professional Career’ and was conducted for the final year students.
The workshop familiarized them with the key role profiles in the Banking and Financial Services segment. It also covered expectations from each role, the growth path and tips how to gear up for typical questions faced at the interview stage in Campus recruitment. It was an interactive workshop.

Presenting a professional Image for workplace success

Suunil Kini conducted a workshop for a contingent of Trainee Officers as a part of their Induction process. This was facilitated for a large financial services conglomerate and was, in fact, the 31st workshop done by Suunil for them.

The workshop was titled ‘Presenting a professional Image for workplace success’ and included topics viz. Image and personal brand connect, need to create impacting impressions, importance of workplace etiquette, body Language tips among other topics.

Discussions on the expectations the corporate has with new employees coming on board, and challenges the new millennial would face in a competitive environment were the key highlights of the sessions, which included demos, videos and exercises.

Make an Impression with your Presentation Skills

Glimpses from Suunil Kini‘s day long workshop for a large construction company involved in Government and Private sector infrastructure projects. The training was for their Senior Engineers.
The workshop was titled: Essentials to Enhance Presentation Skills, wherein participants were taken through the various facets which help in creating impactful presentations, Focus was laid on communication skills, body language, postures, gestures, eye contact, appropriate dressing and impactful opening and closing. A live presentation by all the participants in the second half made the workshop interesting and useful. It was well received and appreciated.
