Business Etiquette in Banking
Suunil Kini conducted a session for Branch Heads of a large PSU Bank at the Bankers Training College. This was part of the initiative undertaken by the Bank for enhancing their branches’ effectiveness with strong focus on importance of Business Etiquette. The Branch Managers were from branches across India.
The focus of the entire session was on the Importance & Benefit of Right Business Etiquette for effective functioning of a Branch. Special focus was on customer etiquette and workplace etiquette. Discussions also focused on how right business etiquette enhances customer satisfaction resulting in increased sales and revenue for the Branch. The session was titled “Business Etiquette for creating Value proposition for the Customer”.
