The real challenge starts now.
Suunil Kini conducted the fourth session (in a series of four workshops) for a leading Business school recently. The workshop was titled ‘Jump Start your Professional Career’ and was conducted for the final year students.
The workshop familiarized them with the key role profiles in the Banking and Financial Services segment. It also covered expectations from each role, the growth path and tips how to gear up for typical questions faced at the interview stage in Campus recruitment. It was an interactive workshop.
Suunil Kini conducted a workshop for a contingent of Trainee Officers as a part of their Induction process. This was facilitated for a large financial services conglomerate and was, in fact, the 31st workshop done by Suunil for them.
The workshop was titled ‘Presenting a professional Image for workplace success’ and included topics viz. Image and personal brand connect, need to create impacting impressions, importance of workplace etiquette, body Language tips among other topics.
Discussions on the expectations the corporate has with new employees coming on board, and challenges the new millennial would face in a competitive environment were the key highlights of the sessions, which included demos, videos and exercises.

Suunil Kini recently conducted a workshop for a large group of Company secretaries who were entering the professional world. The workshop was titled “Develop your Personality and create winning impressions”. The key elements that go into creating a Professional Image and the importance of ‘looking the role‘ were the main focus areas.
Importance of Professional decorum including introductions and the right handshakes in the business world were discussed. Exercises on listening and communication skills coupled with demos & videos were the highlight of the session

How to get started, essentials of a good corporate trainer, finding one’s niche, various methods of sourcing, preparation of a proposal including pricing, content preparation, tips of preparing a PPT, delivering the presentation, handling difficult questions, dealing with tough/indifferent participants, importance of the right opening and closing of the session, effective use of body language, tone and nurturing corporate relationships.

Suunil Kini conducted a workshop for women Bank Officers of a Public Sector Bank from across India. It was conducted at the Bankers Training College, and was the 10th workshop. Suunil was glad to be a part of the Bank’s initiative of Women Empowerment week. The workshop was titled ‘Shattering the glass ceiling by presenting the right image’, and covered the importance of building professional visual credibility through the resources like clothing, grooming, body language and etiquette.Videos, exercises and demos were the highlights of the session.
